The Flower Cafe is a friendly, family-owned cafe located in the heart of Plymouth, serving delicious Afternoon Tea that includes homemade bakes.
Afternoon tea at the Flower café consists of a pot of tea, a choice of sandwich, freshly baked scones with jam and clotted cream and a homemade cake slice.
