Bicester Avenue is home to a premier pâtisserie, which features an open kitchen. The in-house Chef de Pâtisserie believes that pastry differs from cooking in that it requires attention to chemistry, aesthetics, and flavour, as well as an understanding of its carefully sourced, often unusual ingredients.
Featuring an array of delicate finger sandwiches, carefully crafted home-made cakes, and warm, freshly baked scones served with rich strawberry preserve and Cornish clotted cream. Complement your experience with a selection of fine loose-leaf teas or coffee of your choice, replenished on request.
